I started playing around with the figurines to pace out what body parts I wanted going where and for whom. I have about 8 different build ideas so far so I’m going to busy for a looooongass time! Some ideas below:
This will be iii with white hair and leather jacket. (Yahaba head and H.E.R body)
Same combo but using the bass only and adding in a Louis body I’m going to make spacebuns iii with black jacket and red silk scarf.
And the third iii will have white hair, red jacket, black silk scarf – I’m not sure which one I want to start first!
I also want to make his mad punk jacket look but the grey pinstripe suit just kills it for me.
And of course once I’d scoped the first round of matching heads with bodies to make a band member, I started thinking about all of my favourite Sleep Token looks so I’ve come up with a bit of a list of looks that I want to create….. Let’s just consider it practice for making the ultimate set of figurines that may be worthy of our guys. Have I mentioned I’m a perfectionist? You’ll see….
I hopped online and grabbed some more Pop vinyl bargains from JBHiFi while they’re still on sale and a B2G1 sale so that I can create all the looks I want. I’ve got enough to get me started now thank fk because my impatience to get started would have driven me bonkers! Delivery next week! I think I’m going to start scouring second hand sites and shops to look for parts that I need to build my army of Sleep Token figurines mwaahahahahaaaaa! 😉
I’m also going to have to think about their accessories as I haven’t seen any Pop vinyl drum kits for ii. I think there is a Pop sized 3D printed one available on Cults but I might make one out of polymer clay. At least I know I’ve got the 3D printed one as a backup if the clay one turns out like a dogs breakfast.
